1. About us
This website (adventdrive.store) is registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 98877569. When you visit the site or buy from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Independent store and trademarks
Advent Drive is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Jeep®, Stellantis N.V., FCA US LLC or any of their subsidiaries or licensees.
Jeep® and related names, logos, vehicle model names and grille designs are trademarks of their respective owners. Any reference to those names on this site is purely descriptive: it describes the style of vehicles the miniatures are modelled on. It does not suggest any connection, partnership or official status. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The miniatures are collectible scale models and are not official manufacturer products.
3. Intellectual property complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and respond quickly to complaints. If you own a trademark, copyright or design right and believe content or a product on this site infringes it, email jeepadvent@outlook.com with the subject line "IP Notice". Please include:
- your name and contact details, and the right you own or represent;
- the URL of the page or product concerned;
- a description of the alleged infringement;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised and that the information in your notice is accurate.
We'll acknowledge your notice within 2 business days. Where appropriate, we'll remove or change the content concerned. We're also open to a direct conversation about resolving the matter.
4. Products and descriptions
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours, finishes and details may vary slightly from the photos, and screens display colours differently. Product images may include renderings. The selection and order of models inside the calendar can vary between production batches. Small differences like these don't make a product defective.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. Changes don't affect orders already confirmed. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock or an unusual order quantity. If a cancelled order was already paid, you'll get a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

8. Product safety and intended use
Our calendars are collectibles for ages 14 and up. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 (choking hazard). Adults should supervise any use by younger people. Use the product only as intended. See the Product Safety Notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Use of the website
You may not misuse this site, for example by copying content for commercial use, scraping it, interfering with its security or placing fraudulent orders. All text, photos and designs on this site that we created are our property. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners (see section 2).
11. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photo or other content, you give us permission to show it on our site and social channels. You confirm that your content is truthful and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
12. Force majeure
We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as carrier delays, strikes, customs holds, natural disasters or supplier problems.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you're a consumer, you keep any protection given by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may also bring a claim in your own country. We'd always like to solve problems directly first: just email us. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.
