Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. During the holiday season (November–December), carriers can be busier than usual and parcels may take a few extra days.
Want it in time for December 1st?
We recommend ordering before November 15 (USA & Europe) or before November 10 (rest of the world). Orders placed after these dates are shipped as fast as possible, but we can't guarantee arrival before December 1. The calendar is just as much fun if you start a few days late: simply open the doors you've missed on the first day.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show updates. Questions? Email jeepadvent@outlook.com
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices on our site don't include import duties or local taxes unless shown at checkout. Some countries charge these when the parcel arrives, and the recipient is responsible for paying them. If a parcel is refused because of these charges, the order can't be refunded.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll do our best to correct it. We aren't responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
Marked as delivered but not received
Please check with neighbours and around your property first, and wait 48 hours, because carriers sometimes scan parcels early. Then contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Orders shipping in multiple parcels
Orders with several calendars may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
